Hello. I'm Dan, and welcome to our home. We offer 3 guest rooms; each with private entrances and private baths.  

We’re located on historic James Island, a quaint part of Charleston, SC. We've renovated our 1965 brick rancher for your comfort.  

Our three guest rooms each have private exterior door access from your car to your room. Each has a private bath. 

One room is large-400 square feet, while one room is smaller-175 square feet and our more handicap accessible room is somewhere in between at about 200 square feet with a ramp to the wide door and a curbless shower with seat and 3 grab bars.

We’re located on a tidal creek-two rooms face the creek while the room with ramp is on the front driveway location.

Located on a waterway, we offer free use of our kayaks at times when the tides permit. Additionally, some folks enjoy relaxing on our dock, deck, swing, or hammock.
